Our Heritage
Ringer’s story began in 2004, when founder David Aldworth launched Teliax, one of the early innovators in VoIP. At a time when internet-based voice was still unproven, Teliax demonstrated that communications could be smarter, more flexible, and more reliable. This spirit of innovation became the foundation for everything that followed.
That vision expanded into new platforms over the years — from Toll-Free Exchange, which reshaped toll-free routing and compensation, to Leap Telecom, which delivered enterprise and SMB connectivity. In 2025, these businesses came together under a single identity: Ringer, unifying our heritage of innovation. That same year, we launched Ringer Mobile, extending our commitment to simplicity and scale with smarter mobile management for businesses and professionals.
